Mini-Pleat Air Filters are high performing filters that are manufactured with more filter media per square foot than panel and standard pleat filters. The mini-pleat media configuration allows for greater levels of air filtration and outstanding removal rates of dust, mold, and other airborne irritants. The Puracell II series combines state-of-the-art mini-pleat construction techniques with superior reliability to offer maximum value for commercial and industrial operations. Additionally, the Puracell II offers unique advantages over the traditional 12 inch Rigid Box Filter, including lower freight costs, reduced storage area requirements and less impact on landfills. Puracell II mini-pleat filters are available in MERV 11, 13 & 14 performance efficiencies.
Puracell II M & MH Mini-Pleat Filters are designed for high-efficiency applications, combining state-of-the-art mini-pleat construction techniques with superior reliability to offer maximum value for commercial and industrial applications. Additionally, the Puracell II M & MH offers unique advantages over the traditional 12" D Rigid Box Filter including lower freight costs, reduced storage area requirements and less impact on landfills. The Puracell II M & MH are available in 4" D in many standard face sizes and MERV 11, 13 & 14 performance efficiencies.
Puracell V & VX Mini-Pleat Filters offer high efficiency and low initial pressure drop for extended service life. The unique design of the Puracell V & VX Mini-Pleat filter offers high efficiency particulate removal, extended service life and extremely low resistance to air flow. The combination of these key features offers higher performance and lower operating costs than traditional Rigid Cell Box-style filters. The Puracell VX series is available in a 12 inch D metal box or header style in MERV 11, 13, 14, and 15 efficiencies. The Puracell V series is also available in MERV 16 and 99.97% HEPA Grade efficiencies.
Puracell VP & VPX Mini-Pleat Filter Series offers superior performance, lower operating costs and significant energy savings and serve as direct replacements for traditional 12 inch D Rigid Cell Box-style filters with no modification to the existing system required. The VP and VPX filters feature a 12 inch D heavy-duty injection molded plastic header frame design. Rigid galvanized struts additionally offer excellent strength and durability in demanding commercial and industrial applications, including hospitals, office buildings, manufacturing plants and micro-electronic component assembly. Puracell VP and VPX filters are available in available in MERV 11, 13, 14, 15 16 & 99.97% efficiencies and the VP Series is also available in MERV 16 and 99.97% HEPA Grade efficiencies.
