SB, ZL, HV and MR-11 Pleated Filters in the Z-Line Series feature superior performing filters with excellent value for for medium to heavy-duty applications. All SB, ZL, HV and MR-11 filters are constructed with synthetic fiber media that does not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth. SB, ZL and HV and MR-11 filters are manufactured in 1, 2, 4, and 6 inch depths in a variety of standard face sizes. SB, ZL and HV filters achieve a MERV 10 rating and MR-11 filters achieve a MERV 11 rating per the ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard. Model characteristics include:

The Z-Line Series ZXP Pleated Filters offer MERV 10 efficiency with superior durability and low pressure drop. ZXP filters feature a uniform 100% synthetic, self-supporting media design and patented double-wall internal torsion-box technology. The ZXP filter contains no metal parts and are 100% incinerable and environmentally friendly. ZXP pleated filters offer excellent performance and value for a large array of applications and are available in 2 inch depths in many standard and custom sizes.
The MR-13 Pleated Air Filter in the Z-Line Series features the latest in media technology to achieve MERV 13 standards, while maintaining low pressure drop and good service life. MR-13 filtration media incorporates 100% synthetic fibers that are electrostatically charged, thermally-bonded and manufactured in an engineered, gradient structure. The media design and radial-pleated configuration of the MR-13 filter provides high dust-holding capacity and long service life, serving as a cost-effective upgrade from standard pleated filters, poly ring panels and other lower efficiency panel filters. MR-13 filtration protects HVAC equipment from undesirable air particulates, improves indoor air quality, and is optimized for "LEED" compliance in new and existing buildings. It can be used is a wide variety of applications without modification to the existing equipment and is available in 1”, 2" and 4" depths in many standard face dimensions.
HVXM and MR11XM Pleated Filters in the Z-Line Series offer MERV 10 and MERV 11 performance and superior integrity for applications operating at higher velocity. HVXM and MR11XM Pleated Filters are constructed with an extra heavy-duty expanded metal backing that provides approximately 75% more support. The Z-Line HVXM and MR11XM filters incorporate 100% synthetic media that will not absorb moisture and will not support microbial growth and are available in 1, 2, and 4 inch depths in a variety of standard face sizes.
The Carbotron Pleated Air Filter in the Z-Line Series is a carbon pleated filter that offers MERV 8 particulate filtration combined with odor control in a single unit. The activated carbon used in the Carbotron Pleat has millions of tiny openings that absorb odorous molecules from the air during the filtration process, reducing unpleasant odors created by cooking, cigarette smoke, vehicle exhaust, and other environmental factors. The Carbotron Pleat is offered in a wide range of standard and special sizes in both 1 and 2 inch depths that allow installation in almost any Air Conditioning, Heating or Ventilating application.
